Applicant/Short Listing
In this current economic market, employers are receiving quite a large amount of enquiries/applications from prospective employees seeking work. Through our experienced and qualified staff, we are able to eliminate unsuitable candidates efficiently through selection criteria reviews and confirm the candidates skill sets and basic fitness to work through behavioural interviewing. Upon agreement, MCR will provide an “x” amount of shortlisted candidates for your vacancy.
